  1. Super Users: what to do in certain scenarios for Finance & HR
    Attendees are asked to SUBMIT “what if” scenarios they would like to have discussed in the meeting
  2. Advanced Position Control and Time Management Functionality: Streamlining & Integrating
    Topics will include, based on particular interests of attendees:

    -Setting up effective EWA authorization
    -Managing the annual cap. The annual CAP is automatically calculated and can be controlled through the position and related calendar
    -Best practices for managing Paid by Hours Worked employees
    -Utilizing ACA Management screen to track hours for PT classified to manage costs
    -AB 1522 S/L tracking and management
    -Supervisor approval of time sheet activity
    -Setting up special slots for Roving subs
    -Tracking ‘Working out of Class’ activity

  3. Reports Overview
    Attendees are asked to submit information IN ADVANCE of reports that they would like to review. Please note this is different from the “workshop” on Tuesday which is hands’ on.

    Topics will include:
    -a review of the most frequently requested reports and troubleshooting guides
    -do’s and don’t’s in working with pre-formatted reports
    -custom report guides and perspectives from users
